Tx1c stop responding, needed to cut power

Hello everyone, A few weeks ago installed 2 Wall switches TX1C, one is working great but the other just gave me a issue today. When i tried to turn it on this morning have no response at touch, blue light is on but in the app is also offline. It kind of "blocked". Needed to cut the power of that switch and its working again. Is this normal? Did anyone had rhe same issue?

No one else is having this kind of issues? Now i have to cut the power like after 2 days! I believe I'm going to replace the switch to a old fashion one again cause can't turn the light on without cutting the main power of the house.
