No. Sonoff product can only work with 2.4G, and this is because the chips(ESP8266/ESP8285) we use for the products can't support 5G network.

Flashing 3rd party through OTA is not supported officially. It was a bug instead of a feature before firmware v1.6, and the bug was fix since firmware v2.0....
