OK, the problem is solved.
I also changed the mobile phone provider.
So, in the setting the old "mobile data" left and I guess that the wewLink App accessed the wrong information, or the original information. That was the reason why the eWeLink App coudn´t access the mobile data.

Hi all,
after the wifi router was replaced I have problems to connect over the mobile phone via 4G to the server.
So the problem is as following:
Android phone is connected to WiFi -> I can turn on or off the devices
Android phone is disconneted from WiFi and connected to 4G -> Network problem, cannot turn on or of devices
BUT
Android phone is disconneted from WiFi and connected to 4G -> I can turn the devices on or off with ALEXA
Also I aske my friend to install for the first time the APP and it´s working fine.
Something is blocking the APP to use 4G.
Any help here?
