Sonoff mini, may violate the safety regulations in facilities

I imagine that the input of the switch or button is prepared to connect to 3.3V, with a pull-up resistor, which is the voltage of the EPS, if the cables to use existing or new lines are mixed in pipes with high voltage lines ( 220V-is totally prohibited by regulations). It can produce noise in the equipment and, what is worse, it violates the rules of the facilities regulated by the electrotechnical regulations.

Or I am wrong and I apologize for this entry.

Greetings and I would like a summary of the Sonoff to see exactly how the external button works.
