I placed an order 13th Jun and yet I didn't receive the shipment nor I received the tracking number. I sent to them 2 emails and they create a ticket and closed it without solving my problem.
This is my first time purchasing from ITead and I believe something wrong, but not sure.
Have anyone faced such a problem
