Pow R2 OPS turn on after x amount of time

A nice feature would be that the pow r2 turns on again after x amount of time when over protection system is executed

I was able to achieve that using loop timer, however the minimum value is 1 minute. it is nice to go down to 15 seconds minimum.

That's what I disagree with. I have it connected to my computer and set it off when I turn off the computer and the power drops below 5W Power R2 turns off. I certainly do not want to leave the computer spontaneously.
