My provider wants know port mapping

I have done a lot of tests with my sonoff devices, if I connect them to an hotspot by a phone, they work properly, but if I connect them to my home network, they,even if connected, do not communicate with the server. My provider's(Vodafone )technical service tells me that it needs to know the firewall ports to allow these devices to work. I'm talking about the firewall of the provider Vodafone. My devices sonoff are: 1 smart switch and 3 4ch. I live in Italy. Please help me. Best regards Marco

Hi there, exact same problem. On my mobile network by using my phone as a hotspot, it works 100% (In South Africa) on the MTN network. With my Fibre Home Connection by a different service provider, Registration, Login and the Network tests fails.

Trying everywhere to find the exact specifications of IP addresses, Hostnames and Ports everywhere, with no luck.
