I installed app on Iphone and created account there. There is no option inside alexa/skills to create account.

I need to create an account to link Alexa to Sonoff. I cannot find the location to create a new account. Screenshots note that it is below where one signs on but there is no link below username/password/sign on.
And without an account to link it no worky-worky.
