Is it a good idea to have a Sonoff - WiFi Wireless Smart Switch normally closed ??

I have several devices that are normally always on (the fish tank pump for example) I just need to stop them once or twice a week, and when I run out of electricity at home, when I turn on the electricity, I'm interested in always starting to work.
If the relay is normally closed, it would meet the requirements and would be electrically and mechanically more efficient, becauseĀ the relay only would trigger the standstill time.
