Since a year from the first comment.
I Want this function too!
Please add asap
Thanks!
there is no need always post the same ... nobody like to read thru an endless thread and count postings ...
- a simple VOTE on the initial Feature Request will do the trick ...
- and show us how many people like to have on one view ...
5 voters after more than one year is a bit too less to even start think about ... with 1000, I would have a good base to talk to our dev. team ...
Seems a simple request. I think what people do is simply flash their own software since ITHEAD wont do it!
as already stated ...

This would be an awesome feature
A solution working well for me.
You can do it by using the 4CH Pro or 1 Channel Inching /Self-LockIing Mode WiFi Wireless Switch 5V/12V to control your switching relay.
That's what i did with the 4CH Pro to control XDOM rail mount switching relay, setting some chanel on inching mode for 25ms, so when i press my push button, the relay corresponding on the 4CH pro is activate for 25ms and it activate the relay on the Xdom switching relay as the state change, and in my case i still can continue to use the x10 remote and homeseer to control my lighting.
This can work for standard switching relay, you'll have maybe to ajust the inching time on the 4ch pro...
It's also possible to control the X10 rail mount dimmer the same way but just for a progressive on or of, impossible to dim as you wish, but that is still possible from the push button or from the remote.
I need pulse switch capability too in order to replace 8 pulse switches driving a bistable (on/off) relay for the same load.
Thank you in advance.

I loved the idea, tb I would like to use sonoff basic to give a pulse and open ports. If this is done via software it will be much better

sorry, a thread, which initially starts more than one year ago, and still has LESS than 100 voters ...
how shell such a demand increase sales by factor 100?
Let me give a simple example. In the past 2 years, many users asked for a capacitive Nextion touch-display. Many people argued the same, big community who support this all ... sounds really great.
At February 2017 we started an Indiegogo campaign to realize such a display. The nature of such a cowdfunding action is, that the community has the chance to let something happen in an active way ... Anyway, at the end of this campaign, what's left. below 100 backers, below 30% of fixed goal ... so what is the conclusion about this?
- the supporting "community" is much more small than everybody told
- wishes of a few are not mandantory wishes of all
- not everybody who like to have something is also willing to support for actively
- it is more easy to cry for something from background than from front ...
- even somebody speak as "we/us" it is a bit naive to reflect to the big mass of a comunity which is just not there
And it indeed let a statement as "we the big community" shine in a bit different not so bright light ...
For such things, you surely need a bit more than a few "enthusiastics" who jump in 2-3 times a year and ask already answered questions ...
as already stated, "we" can be very misleading ...
a basic instrument to make commercial decisions is a feasibility study. And as part of such, as a basic initial indicator, is just to look for a real demand ... and this is neither something imaginary nor something misleading ...
- everybody out must drink ... sooooo ...
- does this mean there is a BIG market for "horseradish" flavored beer only because you can drink it ...
what count are plain facts, plain numbers. For this we have a "Feature Request" section, where interested users can vote for a made suggestion ... Votes are surely not the only we look for, but it is an initial important indicator ... and if this one already shows no real interest ...
<100 voters in one year is far too less, especially when I see the 100000's sold units around worldwide ...

I bought many Sonoff and some Sonoff PRO. My light system uses switching relay which work with a (just a pulse) button. How can I do? Somebody can help me?
There is an easy way to enter in the management software and set pulse and not switch?
Some advice?
Thank you
