Please make sure

1. the eWeLink app is authorized as a trusted app and have full access to work properly

permissions.png

2.the cellphone is connected to a stable 2.4G WiFi network

3. you have selected the right pairing method. Please refer to this instructions to select the pairing mode accordingly http://support.iteadstudio.com/support/solutions/articles/11000062000-getting-started
